NDI — National Disaster Inspections
FOR PROPERTY PROFESSIONALS

Good work starts
with a clearer record.

Help property owners organize what happened, explain your scope clearly, and connect only where your qualifications and capacity fit.

YOUR TRUST COMES FIRST

No commissions on your recovery.

NDI does not charge partners per lead or take a commission or percentage of a customer’s project, insurance claim or settlement.

Any fixed membership or sponsored-placement fees are disclosed separately and do not buy qualification or change report findings. Paid memberships and sponsored placements are not currently available.

EARN TRUST BEFORE INTRODUCTIONS

Qualification first.
Participation by choice.

NDI program approval is separate from government licensure. Payment cannot buy approval, an owner’s permission, or a guaranteed project.

01 / APPLY

Show the business behind the work.

Provide your business identity, services, experience, relevant credentials, insurance information and actual service area.

02 / QUALIFY

Complete the program review.

Complete qualification and the applicable assessment. NDI reviews supporting evidence separately before issuing any program status.

03 / COLLABORATE

Keep your capacity current.

Approved participants manage availability and review eligible introductions. Owners choose whom to engage and which files to share.

PROGRAM DEVELOPMENT

A useful network,
with clear boundaries.

Membership packages are being designed. Paid enrollment and billing are not open; written inclusions and terms will be available before any purchase.

FREE COLLABORATION

Work with your existing client

Ordinary project collaboration is free. An owner can grant a named professional access to selected records and project communication, then change or revoke that access.

The workspace is in testing. Collaboration does not confer certification or a directory listing.

PROPOSED PREFERRED PROGRAM

Higher standards, reviewed annually

A future fixed-fee program would require additional service commitments, annual renewal and current role-appropriate credentials and protections. Requirements and pricing are still being developed.

Payment would not buy approval. No Preferred status or universal bonded-project protection is offered today.

ADDITIONAL BUSINESS TOOLS

More support, clearly labeled

Additional workflow or visibility services are under review. Any sponsored placement would be disclosed and kept separate from credential status and suitability matching.

No promised lead volume, territory exclusivity or preferred claim outcome.

What an introduction means

It is an opportunity to discuss fit. It is not a booking, contract, endorsement of every service, or permission to access private records.

Professional availability varies by location. Regulated work requires the appropriate authorization for that role and jurisdiction.
