Account security and sign-in
During site testing, NDI offers Sign in with ChatGPT. NDI receives a site-specific account identifier and your email address to identify your records and apply access permissions. ChatGPT manages this sign-in session and account recovery; NDI does not receive your ChatGPT password or chat history. Use the Sign out control on the account page to end this site session.
Customer account registration through Auth0, with email verification and multifactor authentication, is being prepared for launch. Google, Apple, Microsoft, and email sign-in options will appear when configured and tested. Those accounts are separate from the temporary ChatGPT accounts; records will not be transferred merely because email addresses match. NDI does not store your sign-in password or provider access tokens.
Reading and navigation tools
Use Reading tools to increase text size, adjust contrast and spacing, or reduce motion. On supported browsers, a local device voice can read public resource pages aloud. Private project records and dashboards are excluded from that reader. You may also use your own screen reader and browser zoom.
Keyboard navigation, visible focus, labeled controls, responsive layouts and image descriptions are part of the site. These controls support access; they do not constitute an accessibility certification. For an assessment accommodation, contact NDI before starting the timed assessment.
Before sharing sensitive records
Confirm the recipient, scope and access period. Avoid uploading unnecessary identity, financial or medical information. Discuss confidentiality with your attorney or adjuster before adding sensitive records. Contact NDI through your project’s support channel for an access or data-handling question.
