A service category is a starting point, not proof that every listed business can perform every kind of work. Describe your property, location and the question you need answered, then confirm the provider’s fit directly. An empty result does not mean no professional serves your area; it means this directory has no published match for those filters.
Check the current NDI approval record and the relevant official credential source. NDI program approval is separate from government licensure and does not guarantee a project outcome. Ask about the person who will perform the work, not only the company name.
Keep the decision in your hands
Get the scope, exclusions, price, timing and deliverable in writing before authorizing work. A directory search or shortlist does not hire the business or give it your private project records. Share only the information you intend to share, using the project’s access controls or another verified channel.
